About Ursula Kaufmann

Ursula Kaufmann is a qualified Manager for Live Communication & Events and has many years of experience in event organisation, particularly within the MICE industry. Hosting is her passion. Her mission is to create meaningful events that inspire, connect and enrich people.

Anyone involved in event planning must understand people. For the past 14 years, Ursula Kaufmann has brought exactly this approach to Festspielhaus Bregenz - working across sales, marketing and the continuous development of business events.

Ursula sees her role not only in promoting the event venue, but also in actively creating opportunities for meaningful encounters. As a host, she always focuses on what truly matters: the needs of participants and visitors. Successful events are created where people feel recognised, involved and inspired.

Sustainability is a topic especially close to her heart, both professionally and personally. With the EventStammtisch at Festspielhaus Bregenz, she has also established a platform that connects the event industry throughout the Lake Constance region and encourages professional exchange.
