For the fourth time, numerous visitors gathered at the Female Future Festival Bodensee at Festspielhaus Bregenz. In 2023, the innovative organisers, w3 create GmbH, reported a record: over 1,200 enthusiastic participants attended the business event in Bregenz.
Within just a few years, the Female Future Festival has developed from a single event into a series of events across the German-speaking region that is truly unmatched. It is an event with a festival character, offering valuable input for professional development and addressing current, relevant topics. Above all, its core mission is to empower women on their personal and professional journeys.

A varied programme of talks was presented on the Werkstattbühne on the main stage, while participants gathered in breakout rooms for in-depth workshops and masterclasses.
The expo area, including a networking lounge in the light-filled foyers, invited attendees to exchange ideas with like-minded participants and companies showcasing their offerings.
With a wonderful view over Lake Constance, the speakers were welcomed to a dinner in the Seegalerie.
