The ÖHV Congress at Festspielhaus Bregenz was entirely dedicated to the theme of staging and welcomed more than 630 participants from across Austria, Switzerland, Germany and South Tyrol.

The motto "The hotel as a stage - the art of staging" ran consistently throughout the event. The branding invited guests with “Step right in, step right in”, while the speakers addressed the concept of staging in their presentations. Within Festspielhaus Bregenz, various stages were utilised as atmospheric event spaces, creating a cohesive setting for professional exchange and event organisation.

Talks, round tables, gala evening, trade show

A guided tour of the lake stage of the Bregenz Festival provided a fitting opening to the congress programme. In the main auditorium, the plenary sessions gathered for the opening, panel discussions and presentations. For the opening evening, guests were led through the red curtain onto the Hauptbühne (main stage).

Numerous partners showcased their services in a trade exhibition set up in the light-filled foyers. Professional visitors had the opportunity to explore a wide range of topics, from hotel equipment and software solutions to personnel recruitment.

The gala evening at the end of the second day of the congress took place on the event ship Sonnenkönigin, including a cruise on Lake Constance.
