The Nutrition Congress once again took place at Festspielhaus Bregenz by the lake. The tri-national conference had already been held in Bregenz in 2015. The motto was "Nutrition – certainty in flux".
Talks, trade show, exhibition and courses
About 700 attendees discussed various aspects of nutrition. The varied programme of talks was aimed above all at medical professionals, dietitians and nutritionists.
A trade show was organised in the light-flooded foyers between the lecture rooms. There, 109 exhibitors presented their products and services to interested visitors.
The newly initiated forum "Next Generation" communicated some basic knowledge to young attendees, opening up the multifaceted field of nutrition for them.
